In 2021, to celebrate the 21st anniversary of the iconic Mite floor lamp designed by Marc Sadler for Foscarini and the 20th anniversary of the Compasso d’Oro award, a new version, Mite Anniversario, was conceived. Aesthetically and technically reworked, Mite Anniversario features a matte diffuser instead of the previous glossy finish, highlighting the precision of the decoration with a base made of Marquiňa marble (veined black). Thanks to LED technology, this LED floor lamp emits diffuse and indirect lighting with a broader light distribution, improving efficiency and energy savings. Its stunning diffuser continues to be the result of unique artisanal work, featuring the application of carbon or Kevlar thread on fiberglass, serving both a decorative and technical function as the supporting structure for the lamp. Its intense black marble base showcases the beautiful irregular white or light gray veining of Marquiňa marble. Both refined and elegant, Mite Anniversario is sure to captivate.
