Lampe de Marseille Mini

Le Corbusier
1954
Charles-Edouard Jeanneret, better known as Le Corbusier, is a cornerstone of the modern architecture movement. Among his notable works is the Cité Radieuse in Marseille, now classified as a historic monument. It was for this iconic building that Le Corbusier designed the Marseille lamp collection, now produced by the Italian brand Nemo Lighting. Inspired by the industrial lighting of the 1950s, the Mini Marseille lamp features a diffuser with two asymmetrical cones. The larger cone, measuring 30 cm in diameter, is positioned below the smaller one, which is 11 cm in diameter. Each cone is equipped with an independent light source, allowing for both direct and indirect lighting to suit varying needs. The entire arm is adjustable, and the rotatable shade can be moved across 340°. The lamp’s total length is 85 cm with a height of 50 cm. Made in Italy.
