The Tweed table is a creation by designer Garcia Cumini for Zanotta. An asymmetrical, original, and natural shape defines this stunning, ultra-contemporary table with organic forms. Thin layers of solid oak or Canaletto walnut wood are carefully positioned side by side, allowing the natural lines of the wood to create a continuous graphic effect along the diagonal line that divides the tabletop into two parts, almost resembling the veins of a leaf. The result is spectacular. The tabletop varies in thickness: thick at the center and tapering toward the edges to achieve an incredible finesse. The slanted edge of the tabletop gives it a great visual lightness. The underside of the oak tabletop is colored to add character to its silhouette. The Tweed 2316 is available in five different sizes and three wood finishes (natural oak veneer, black-stained oak, or Canaletto walnut). The “Tweed” table also comes in a version with a marble or lacquered tabletop. The range includes coffee tables in different sizes and crafted in various finishes (wood, lacquer). Made in Italy.
